Welcome to the Nurses Care Hub website, www.nursescarehub.com. Nurses Care Hub dba by Huddle Easy, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company (the “Company,” “we” or “us”). By accessing or using the Nurses Care Hub website or by joining Nurses Care Hub you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”), regardless of whether you are a registered user of nursescarebub.com. If you do not agree to these terms, then do not use the Nurses Care Hub website.

Our products and services are hosted on nursescarehub.com websites (Community, Education, Shop, and main website), providing the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
1. Usage Guidelines. All the photos, illustrations, video (the “content”) in the Nurses Care Hub website are licensed and/or owned by Huddle Easy, LLC and Nurses Care Hub. By signing up for the Nurses Care Hub, Huddle Easy, LLC is permitted to use and display the content subject, but not limited, to the following restrictions:
• Your usage does not include permission to replicate and sell Nurses Care Hub products, services, download and use images from the Nurses Care Hub website.
• The content may not be used to create a product that is similar to or competes with any of the features and/or services of the Nurses Care Hub website or Huddle Easy, LLC branded products, such as the creation and re-selling of Nurses Care Hub® products or services, Huddle Easy Talks®, Get in on the Huddle®, the Nurses Care Hub, Nurses Care Hub Master Class, Nurses Care Hub Huddle Easy Talks, Nurses Care Hub RAW Roundtable or Nurses Care Hub Nurses Community, Nurses Care Hub website data, or services.
2. Confidential Information. From time to time during the Term, either Party may disclose or make available to the other Party information about its business affairs, products, confidential intellectual property, trade secrets, third-party confidential information, and other sensitive or proprietary information, whether orally or in written, electronic, or other form or media/in written or electronic form or media, that is and whether or not marked, designated or otherwise identified as “confidential” (collectively, “Confidential Information”).
3. Intellectual Property Ownership; Feedback.
a. Nurses Care Hub and Huddle Easy, LLC owns all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Software, Documentation, Products, Services, and training material.
b. Nurses Care Hub and Huddle Easy, LLC retains all right, all data, information, content and materials provided on the Nurses Care Hub and Huddle Easy, LLC products and services. Nurses Care Hub and Huddle Easy, LLC retains all right, title and interest in and to the business processes, procedures and methods used within the Nurses Care Hub and Huddle Easy, LLC products and services and all patent rights, copyright rights, trademark rights, trade secret rights and other intellectual property and proprietary rights therein existing anywhere in the world (“Intellectual Property”) to such Nurses Care Hub and Huddle Easy, LLC products and services. All content on the Nurses Care Hub website, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, photos, videos, information, software, music, sound and other files, and their selection and arrangement (the “Nurses Care Hub” content), are our property with all rights reserved. No Nurses Care Hub website content may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without Huddle Easy, LLCs written permission.
4. Termination
You agree that Nurses Care Hub, in its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability to you, may issue a warning, suspend or terminate your account, at our discretion, for any reason, whether with or without cause, warning, and without liability. In the event of termination of your account, Nurses Care Hub may delete and/or store data associated with your use of the Nurses Care Hub website. Also, in the event of termination, the Nurses Care Hub or Huddle Easy, LLC has no further obligation to you.
